Payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
Product usage events (pages visited, which tool you ran, whether you upgraded), tied to your account id, so we can see what helps. These never include your CV, SOP, or generated text, and we don't record your screen.
Retention
Run history is deleted automatically after 30 days. You can delete your account at any time by emailing support.
Who processes your data
Anthropic (AI model) — inputs are processed to generate your result and are not used to train models under Anthropic's commercial terms.
